Are you a standout in customer service, seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Symbiotic Services is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a well-established leader in the printing industry known for producing top-quality products in cosmetics, personal health care, beverage, food, and dietary supplements markets.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a "Customer Experience Owner" by delivering excellent service and building customer loyalty.
  • Document and convey comprehensive customer specifications to appropriate departments efficiently, ensuring profitable and effective execution of customer orders.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and customers to meet expected outcomes, fostering a mutually beneficial business relationship.
  • Understand and cater to each customer's unique needs and business environment.
Essential Duties:
  • Be the primary representative for assigned customers, enhancing customer loyalty through effective relationship management and handling of daily requests.
  • Maintain a customer-focused, professional image by adhering to service-level standards.
  • Offer ideas to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction, aiming for more efficient order management while maintaining quality.
  • Manage all customer-related information required to expedite orders, including pricing acknowledgments and customer specification updates.
  • Work with team leaders on critical initiatives and support various tasks, including handling complaints and resolving payment issues.
Experience and Education:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least five years of experience in customer service, preferably in the label printing industry.
  • Experience with Label Traxx software is highly advantageous.

Physical Demands:
