Simply put, we are looking for people who can provide exceptional leadership and the ability to inspire a high-performance team.nnJob Duties Include, but are not limited to…nnOversee all store operations to ensure compliance and quality standardsnnEnsure the store is open and closed as per Jiffy Lube guidelinesnnBuild relationships with Jiffy Lube Guests’ and provide world class customer servicennAccurately capture guests’ product needs and provide updates throughout the processnnListen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challengesnnProvide store-level leadership to J-Team members through coaching, training, and performance managementnnAssist Techs perform Jiffy Lubes’ Signature Service oil, routine preventative maintenance, vehicle testing, diagnosis, service and repair.nnCreate work schedules, ensuring proper staffing coverage so business needs are metnnIncrease sales, improve store profitability, and reduce expensesnnManage store inventory, product ordering and receivingnnMaintain building and grounds to improve appearance and curb appealnnOversee the disposal of wastes such as used engine oil to ensure adherence to health and safety lawsnnCore Qualities and TraitsnnHave a passion and dedication for automotive sales, service, and customer carennContinually learning and developing skills to meet all challengesnnBuilding strong relationships, providing world class customer servicennAnd rolling up your sleeves and leading by example to motivate and inspirennPhysical QualificationsnnManagers must expect to stand for long periods of time on hard surfaces, like concrete or metal, and expect to work in an environment in which you may frequently experience hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.nnOther physical qualifications include…nnMust be able to operate equipment such as overhead and floor mounted oil and grease guns, transmission machine, air conditioner service machine, radiator service machine, hand tools and basic shop equipmentnnMust be able to lift and move work-related items up to 25 poundsnnMust be able to push, pull, lift, and bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, and turn head-neck-shoulders as needednnRequirementsnnExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsnnEnergetic, hardworking, and able to multi-tasknnShow initiative, responsibility, and must be reliablennGood interpersonal and communication skillsnnA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team playernnMust have a valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.nnComplete all required training courses through Jiffy Lube University
