Our promise is to provide outstanding service as it remains to be our first and foremost mission.nnPosition Summary:nnAs a Customer Service Representative for Pyle you will be interacting with customers (both internal and external) via phone, fax and e-mail to provide information in response to general inquiries, resolving issues, and handling requests.nnThe responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:nnScheduling pick-ups, tracing shipments, providing shipment ETAs, rate quotes, and or freight chargesnnCoordinating with internal departments as well as partners, delivery agents, brokers, and container stations to schedule shipments and handle customer issuesnnScheduling delivery appointments and handle re-consignmentsnnCoordinating communication with customers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable regarding Driver Collect and C.O.D. shipmentsnnEnsuring the accurate billing of shipmentsnnCompiling and delivering custom reports; performing daily audits of reportsnnDocumenting all customer interactions for follow up and record keeping purposesnnAssisting customers with “My Pyle” registration and utilization of our web sitennMeeting the standards for all Key Performance Indicators (Call Quality, Process Knowledge Assessment, Adherence to Schedule, “Make Busy” %, Contacts per Hour)nnTo be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:nnExperience in a fast-paced work environment; strong attention to detailnnStrong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); basic typing skillsnnAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; work effectively as an individual contributor and or as part of a teamnnWillingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including but not limited to early mornings, evenings, and non-traditional holidaysnnThe following skillsets are preferred, but not required:nnMinimum 1 year of prior customer service experiencennWhy Pyle?nnMedical, Dental, Vision and Life InsurancennShort Term and Long Term DisabilitynnWellness Program for yearly benefits discountnnPaid Vacation and Personal Timenn401(k) with Company matchnnWeekly pay via Direct DepositnnA Duie Pyle is the Northeast’s premier integrated supply chain solutions provider ideally equipped in servicing the congested Northeast metropolitan region.
