Responsibilities: • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Qualifications: • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
