Job Summary: Halls Chophouse is seeking career minded, passionate and motivated Hosts/Hostesses. Greeting our guests with a giant smile and hospitable welcome as they arrive for their dining experience. Answering the phones with the same giant smile and warmly assisting our guests in making a reservation for their next dining experience. We strive to provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional service with a genuine sense of Hospitality along with a desire to place the guest experience at the forefront of each encounter. Who you are: Hosts/Hostesses are responsible for ensuring that all guests who dine with us have memorable experiences filled with hospitality, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional service. You are the face of Face of the Restaurant! You are the ambassador on the floor and at the front door, providing our guests with warm and attentive hospitality.

What you'll do:

Greet guests and ensure a seamless flow through the restaurant and to arranged dining tables
n
Inspect work areas for cleanliness
n
Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and respond well to questions
n
Uphold service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
n
Maintain and uphold our company's vision and values
n
Demonstrate a passion for details and a willingness to learn
n
Take part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties
n
Participate in service/culinary education sessions
n
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant before, during, and after service
n
Demonstrate an eagerness to continue to learn and grow
n
What we need from you:
n
1+ years' experience in a guest-facing restaurant role as a Host/Hostess. Resy Knowledge a plus!

Great enthusiasm and attitude
n
Ability to make a positive difference in our guests and your co-workers' lives

Strong work ethic

Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays
