Pay Rate: $19 - $22/HRnnThe School Aide/CNA is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, personal care and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department and/or supervising designee.nnEssential Duties and Responsibilities:nnFollows through with IEP objectives including math, reading, speech, independent skills, and manages behavioral deficits and excesses one on one or as a general classroom aidennFacilitates teacher directed learning activities including lesson plans, worksheets, reinforcement systems, small groups, social games, and work assistancennSupports students when included into general education classesnnCommunicates pertinent information to teachersnnAccompanies students during recess and lunch periods, along with community experiencesnnAdheres to confidentiality requirements regarding all matters pertaining to students, parents, parent communications, and/or classroom activities.
