Maintenance Technician Position We are actively seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various repair and maintenance tasks to keep our facility running smoothly. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems and have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Qualifications: - HVAC or EPA Certification preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate emergency and routine maintenance needs.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and simple mechanical fixtures.
Description: - Troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently, taking appropriate action to resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain landscape including mowing, weeding, trimming hedges, and bushes as needed.
- Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage.
- Work on electrical wiring in case of shortages and other electrical problems.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance procedures to reduce the likelihood of future problems.
- Replace or fix various elements in units such as drywall, carpets, wooden flooring, grout, etc.
- Perform unit inspections as needed, ensuring that all components are in good working order.
