Responsibilities:
n
n- Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
n- Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues
n- Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
n- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
n- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds

Requirements:

n- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
n- Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
n- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
n- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
n- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
n- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
