Position Summary:
Test product per required standards. Maintain and calibrate test equipment. Perform process and product audits. Process and document product in material review area.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Test product per required standards.
2. Perform process and product audits.
3. Process and document product in material review area.
4. Provide technical support to operations proactively and as needed.
5. If working on 3-2-2 shifts, provides conformance testing and process audits/validation activities.
6. Works with other departments, (Scheduling, CSR's, Operations, and Distributions), in completing tasks.
7. Involvement and completion of projects as assigned.
Qualifications Required:

• Ability to conduct all conformance testing of Level 4 Process Quality Technician, e.g. laser mike, dielectric tester, dissipation pot, Tg tester, Tinius Olsen, manual elongator, Techrand tester, and other equipment as specified.
• Demonstrated ability to meet core requirements in testing knowledge, ability, and competency.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics as defined by department supervisor and/or manager.
• Knowledge of oven enamel process.
• Certifications for forklift and ability to operate hand-truck and hoists.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work with all levels of people in achievement of plant objectives.

Qualifications Desired:
• ASQ-Certified Quality Technician
• ASQ-Certified Calibration Technician
