Job Description: Specialized Recruiting Group has partnered with a local company to search for a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to join their team. The primary role of the Industrial Maintenance Technician is to continuously improve the reliability, efficiency, and utilization of plant equipment and manufacturing processes. This is accomplished by utilizing mechanical and electrical expertise in the precise installation, maintenance, and repair of plant systems and equipment followed by concise and accurate documentation of all activities and observations.

Responsibilities:

Improve the reliability, efficiency, and utilization of plant equipment and manufacturing processes.

Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise for precise installation, maintenance, and repair of plant systems and equipment.

Document all activities and observations accurately and concisely.
n n- n
Participate in a team environment and perform other assigned tasks.

n
Qualifications:
n
n- n
Technical associate degree or at least 2 years of experience in the industrial maintenance field.
n n- n
Working knowledge of and capability to troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
n n- n
Verbal and written communication skills, including basic computer proficiency.
n n- n
Good organizational and time management skills.
n n
n
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year
n
