Made Possible.nnCUTTING OPERATOR JOB SUMMARY: Prepare paperboard for cutter as needed, assist pressman on cutter as needed. They understand and align business operations and the Department as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.nnPrimary Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:nnMake Ready the pressnnRunning for production – maintaining proper sheet registration and proper cut and scoring.nnProper press maintenance and lubricationnnRequired quality checklistnnHousekeeping & AIBnnOther duties assigned as needed.nnQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:nnTo perform this job successfully, an individual must have excellent attendance, be able to work independently and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.nnREASONING ABILITY:nnAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
