Embark on an exciting journey in the hospitality industry at Madison West Hampton Inn & Suites, now hiring a Hotel Night Auditor Part Time! This job requires you to work overnight shifts.

$500 SIGN ON-BONUS

n

** The starting wage for this position is $17.50 per hour but the final wage will be based on experience**

All shifts are overnight shifts. Our friendly and attentive Hotel Night Auditor Part Time is committed to going the extra mile to deliver high-quality service to our guests while performing nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports related to the property's business transactions. How do I make an impact on my team?

n

Daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations ensuring accuracy of the property's financial and accounting records

n

Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner

n

Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs

n

Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations

n

Work in cooperation with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience

n

Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out property guests, process payments

n

Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment

n

Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures

n

Process departmental reports

What does success look like in this role?

Ability to work overnight from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a. m.

n

Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures
