Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pmnnSpecializing in Material Handling Equipment MaintenancennInstall, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems as instructed by leadership while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.nnKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESnnPerform physical inspection and calibration, preventative maintenance, and repairs on all mechanical and electrical assets impacting the operation of the facility, physical structure, and exterior groundsnnPerform preventative maintenance tasks on material handling equipment per manufacturer and company guidelines to ensure continual and safe operationnnMaintain reporting of inspections, evaluations, preventive maintenance procedures and communicate all pertinent information regarding equipment operation and maintenance to leadership dailynnOther tasks as assignednnADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESnnOperate power tools, cutting torch and other welding apparatus to cut or join metal partsnnUtilize onsite motorized lift and rental equipment as needed while operating, inspecting, calibrating, and maintaining equipmentnnMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)nn1 year experience or combination of experience and trade school in building maintenance or material handling equipment maintenance.nnCapable of completing preventative maintenance with instructions and minimal supervisionnnFully proficient with, and capable of operating power and hand toolsnnBasic computer skillsnnAbility to interact and communicate with all levels of the facilitynnPossess problem-solving skills and attention to detailnnAbility to multi-task and prioritize workload with demonstrated organizational skills.nnAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites.nnAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needednnSome locations require being comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loudnnDemonstrated knowledge and practice of Working at HeightnnPay Range:$19.23 - $32.45nnWhy Lineage?nnThis is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
