Responsible for Manufacturing IT site support, this role requires an understanding of key Quality Management System and Cybersecurity requirements and principles and will actively contribute to Business & Technology Services (BTS) project support and performance metrics analysis. Should be able to work under minimal supervision and have excellent communication skills.nnWhat You’ll Work OnnnMust be able to operate independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment.nnMaintains productive relationships with peers and management in IT and site leadership. May have responsibilities to work directly with business leadership.nnStrong communications skills with the ability to present technical ideas appropriately to customers with varying degrees of technical knowledge.nnHighly responsive to site needs and capable of acting as the single point of contact to resolve complex-to-simple technology and operational challenges.nnHigher level of decision making and/or specialized Endpoint troubleshooting expertise.nnMay include engineering tasks, business decisions/approvals, analysis and business/project planning, executive support services.nnConstantly monitor individual queue to resolve routine and non-routine desktop issues and requests.nnIdentify technical and process issues, trends, and recommend improvements.nnAchieve a high level of customer satisfaction.nnComply with the desktop group practices and procedures.nnMay be required to provide on-call or after-hours support.nnRequired QualificationsnnBachelors DegreennMinimum 1 Year related work experience.nnPreferred QualificationsnnStrong knowledge of End User Computing technologiesnnKnowledge and use of ITIL management processes (e.g., change and incident management) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow)nnBroad knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies (e.g., Networking (core and wireless), Server Hosting and Storage, Directory Services)nnExperience supporting Manufacturing IT/OT environment is a plusnnApply Now ( who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
