You will work with a crew to do equipment change outs, new installs, duct replacements, compressor change outs, and splits, etc.nnCompany BenefitsnnMedical, Dental Vision, and Life InsurancennPaid Time OffnnUniforms, Boot and Toolnn401K with Company MatchnnContinuous TrainingnnEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesnnMust be capable of assisting with all phases of both residential and light commercial work including the following: set metal duct work, refrigeration piping, setting equipment, low voltage wiring, start-up procedures to building code.nnAchieve customers' preferred environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.nnMaintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment as required in the vehicle.nnReceive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.nnParticipate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.nnWear proper PPE at all times and comply with all safety standards and processes.nnIdentify and report to Management all potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services)nnSkillsnnExcellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.nnGood analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.nnOne or more years’ experience in installation of all HVAC systems and equipment.nnAbility to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.nnAdditional QualificationsnnWork as part of our team to ensure customer satisfactionnnValid driver’s license and clean driving recordnnValid social security numbernnMust be able to pass drug test(s) as required by companynnLift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.nnObserve all company procedures and safety rulesnnMaintain accurate time records and send to payroll when requirednnNeat, professional appearancennNote: Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
