You'll be instrumental in developing our drivers into high-performing professionals.nnOperational Excellence:Assist in minimizing overtime, ensuring it's limited to emergency situations only, and contribute to efficient station operations.nnSupport the Station Manager:Help with recruitment, training, and driver performance management, while motivating and mentoring our transport team.nnFleet Oversight:Play an active role in vehicle maintenance, daily inspections, scheduling repairs, and communicating with the Fleet Manager to keep everything running smoothly.nnSafety Champion:Promote a safety-first culture by conducting audits and leading station safety meetings.
