This position is located at the Woodard manufacturing facility in Owosso, MI.
Summary of Position:
Finds best price for purchase of materials. Works with suppliers and vendors for quotes and completion of maintenance items. Delegates work tickets to the maintenance team. Performs installation and maintenance on machinery, equipment, physical structures and systems.
Essential Duties:

• Works with suppliers and vendors for quotes and outsourcing of works as required.
• Assigns repair tickets to team.
• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Dismantle and repair machines and equipment.
• Installs and repairs pipe systems and related hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipment.
• Installs programs or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.
• Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill and milling machine to repair or fabricate parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.
• Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join parts.
• Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, and other structures.
• Other duties as assigned.
