This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Customer Relations and Sales Support with day-to-day activities related to "customer" visits to Rite-Hite facilities providing a first class customer experience at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in the presentation of Rite-Hite's fly-in program as a whole, including the day-to-day duties during customer visits such as product presentations, product demonstrations, and overall appearance.
Work with the Director of Customer Relations and Sales Support and the Director of Global Distribution, Development, and Technology to evaluate and execute suggestions from the feedback acquired during the "follow up" experience.
Assist in the safe, efficient pick up and drop off of Rite Hite customers and Sales Representatives at various airports in company provided vehicles.
Transport and host customers and sales representatives at various "business entertainment" venues including: sporting events, business dinners, golf outings, charter fishing trips, and other appropriate venues.
Transport and host sales representatives at various sales development functions including: group dinners, sporting events, sales development field trips, and other appropriate venues.
Assist in day-to-day upkeep of product display areas and training facilities at the corporate office and technical center in Milwaukee, WI and the plants in Horn Lake, MS and Dubuque, IA.
Assist in the ongoing maintenance and repair (fuel, wash, interior cleaning, oil changes/tire rotations, etc.) of the fleet of corporate customer vehicles including the Rite Hite Bus, Service Training Van and the Rite Hite Suburban.
Develop, maintain and execute a "follow up" system for sales people and customers to receive feedback related to their overall visit experience.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Transportation of customers, sales representatives, and other company personnel in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
Schedule, organize and track all aspects of the fly-in program, including, but not limited to, event transportation, guest speaker and operating company scheduling, daily meals, evening entertainment and evening meals.
Provide the ultimate "customer experience" for sales people and customers which will exceed their mutual expectations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university. 1-5 years of sales or sales management experience or an equal combination of education/experience.
