Responsibilities: • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
