COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
An established, reputable, general contractor is looking to add a Superintendent to their team immediately. Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement? CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead Superintendent role
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry
• Must have experience leading ground up, commercial K-12 projects from inception to completion
• Ability to manage and run projects $20M+
• Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
• Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
• Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
• Ability to identify and solve problems
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
