Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Subcontractor's Payroll Reporting (Union and non Union)
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Construction Documents (RFI's, Submittals and Change Order)
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Review and verify employee payroll before submission
- Manage and update insurance certificates as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or related role within the construction industry
- Proven experience managing contracts, reviewing payroll, and handling insurance certificates
- Excellent knowledge of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
