Including machinery maintenance, lubrication, PM’s, trouble shooting, repairing, upgrading, welding, fabricating, and possible installations.nnResponsible for preventative maintenance on equipment, such as any servicing of conveyors, presses, stackers, etc.nnBe able to read and understand mechanical prints, AC/DC motors, pneumatic diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams.nnTroubleshoot, repair and install mechanical components, AC/DC motors, pneumatic equipment, hydraulic equipment, bearings, and power transmission.nnPerform fabrication of equipment (welding both arc and gas) to desired needs. Be able to make adjustments on equipment to improve productivity. Be able to identify and locate unusual sounds that indicate potential trouble. Be able to dismantle equipment to gain access to defective parts.nnDrill presses, lathe, welding, gas, arc, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyor systems, lubrication/preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.nnThe Skills You Will Bring:nnMust have working knowledge of various types of measurement equipment (dial calipers, heat sensing guns, etc.).nnAble to examine and determine to what degree parts have worn, and repair or replace parts as needed.nnShould be able to operate metal, woodworking, and hand tools to make and repair parts. This all will be done in a safe manner.nnOperate all types of hand tools (i.e. drill press, grinder, wire brush, acetylene torch, etc.) normally found in a Maintenance shop.nnMust possess excellent attendance and safety record with a demonstrated ability to follow directions.nnRequires the ability to work in a team environment as well as the ability to work additional and flexible hours including weekends as needed.nnMust be willing and able to work all shifts depending on business needs.nnIndividual needs excellent teamwork, cooperation, and problem solving skills. Must be dedicated, self-motivated, and self-starter, able to work independently.nnFlexibility, a positive attitude, and a commitment to working safely is required.nnEmployee will need computer skills to work in SAP to acquire notifications, work orders, requisition parts for work orders, and enter their time against these work orders.
