Unload cases of product manually with pallet jack, hand truck, hook, and lift gate onto and off the truck.nnDrivers will unload products inside of trailer consisting of three temperature controlled compartments. (Frozen: 0 to -5 °C) (Chilled: 35-40 °C) (Ambient: room temperature)nnDrop off ambient products in back rooms. Operates diesel-powered tractor-trailernncombination trucks to transport and deliver products. Drives truck to destination, applying knowledgennof commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicles in difficult situations, such as narrownnpassageways. Inspects trucks for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck conditions.nnMaintains driver log according to DOTregulations and other federal and company required records/logs.nnMay be required to perform product backhaul when returning from dispatched route. One (1) yearnndriving tractor-trailer experience. Must be able to effectively communicate to maintain positive customernnrelations climate with other drivers/warehouse personnel/customers/supervisors. Capable of standing,nnwalking and repeatedly climbing into and out of road tractor or switch tractor. Must be able to work allnnnecessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends. Requires safely operating equipment in extremesnnof weather and climatic conditions and insure working in a cold environment (cooler/freezer).
