Overview:nAs a shop helper you will play a crucial role in supporting efficient operations our manufacturing facility. You will assist in various tasks related to the production of HVAC equipment, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and deadlines. This position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.nKey Responsibilities:nAid in the assembly of HVAC components by fetching parts, tools, and equipment as needed.nOperate machinery under supervision, following safety protocols and manufacturing procedures.nInspect products for defects or irregularities, reporting any issues to supervisors.nAssist in loading and unloading of materials and equipment used in the manufacturing process.nKeep the work area clean and organized and perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and tools.nSupport special projects as assigned by supervisors, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing process.nQualifications:nFamiliarity with basic hand tools and mechanical equipment is preferred.nPrevious HVAC experience is a plusnStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks performed.nAbility to lift heavy objects as needed.nExcellent teamwork and communication.nCall today to apply: 832-974-4652
