This is our company ethos, but it’s our people’s too: Refresco is at the cutting edge of a fast-moving industry because we have passionate people pushing the boundaries of what’s best.nnStop and think: how would YOU put our drinks on every table?nnResponsibilities:nnOversee the Quality Assurance analyses/functions in the processing of raw materials to finished goods and ensure compliance to company, customer, FDA, DOC, USDA and GMP specifications and regulations.nnPerform the Quality Assurance functions of production lines and/or the Quality Assurance bench product analysis for the lines and tankers of raw product.nnObtain samples and perform analytical testing to ensure conformance to specifications.nnConduct routine comparisons of products against established standards in regard to color, aroma, texture and flavor.nnAudit, document and report production process.nnIdentify and hold non-conforming products, packaging and ingredients.nnEffectively communicate quality issues to management, assist in identifying root cause and establish corrective action.nnDemonstrate excellent job performance and attendance on a consistent and continuous basis.nnMust adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Safety Procedures as set forth by Refresco US rules, regulations and practices.nnOther duties as assigned by supervision.nnQualifications:nnHigh School Diploma/GED or one (1) to three (3) months of related QA experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.nnAbility to calculate mathematical figures and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.nnDemonstrated ability to understand manufacturing software.nnAbility to read, comprehend, and following written work related instructions.nnAbility to work without close supervision.nnAbility to work any shift assigned.nnPhysical Requirements:nnMust be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.nnMust be able to push and/or pull up to 10 pounds.nnMust be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods of time on concrete surface.nnAbility to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, reach and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed to successfully perform job duties.nnSuccessful completion of a post offer physical assessment, drug screen and background check required.nnA Career with Refresco Refresco offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, which include: • Medical/dental/vision insurance • Life insurance • 401(k) savings plan with company match • Paid holidays and vacation • Well-being benefits • Discount programs Join Refresco TODAY and enjoy a rewarding CAREER!
