Pay | $30 - $35 per hour
5-day work week | 8-hour shift | Occasional overtime may be scheduled
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience in landscaping, trades, or specialty floor care.
- 5+ years of mechanical experience including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Possess applicable certifications/licenses including a valid driver's license.
- Maintain adequate knowledge of OSHA standards.
- The ability to travel between properties.
Lead HVAC Technician Job Responsibilities
- Provide tactical direction to your regional team.
- Assign tasks, coordinate projects, and lead technicians at the job site.
- Train new employees.
- Coach and mentor other HVAC service technicians.
- Prioritize safety at all times.
- Lift 75 pounds as needed.
