Pay | $30 - $35 per hour

5-day work week | 8-hour shift | Occasional overtime may be scheduled

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience in landscaping, trades, or specialty floor care.
• 5+ years of mechanical experience including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Possess applicable certifications/licenses including a valid driver's license.
• Maintain adequate knowledge of OSHA standards.
• The ability to travel between properties.

Lead HVAC Technician Job Responsibilities

• Provide tactical direction to your regional team.
• Assign tasks, coordinate projects, and lead technicians at the job site.
• Train new employees.
• Coach and mentor other HVAC service technicians.
• Prioritize safety at all times.
• Lift 75 pounds as needed.
