Customer Service Specialists at our store work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves sales, customer assistance, and maintaining store standards.

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, building trust and recommending appropriate products
• Process sales transactions accurately and achieve sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge, stock shelves, and set up displays
• Assist with deliveries and maintain store cleanliness

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
• Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Have at least a High School diploma or GED
• Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
• Have previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
• Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
