Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a CNA or caregiver, you will play a vital role in the well-being of our elderly clients. Your responsibilities will include:

n- Daily Care Assistance : Support clients with daily living activities, including turning, ambulation, personal hygiene (bathing, dressing), and ensuring they receive proper nutrition and hydration.
n- Comfort Measures : Provide additional care such as delivering therapeutic baths, ice packs, and dressings as needed for client comfort.
n- Monitoring and Reporting : Record vital information like food intake, urinary and fecal output, and communicate these observations effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
n- Collaboration : Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized, high-quality care that addresses the unique needs of each client.
n- Emotional Support : Foster a caring environment by offering companionship and emotional support to clients, helping them feel safe and comfortable.

Requirements and Skills:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
n
n- A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
n- State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification is REQUIRED .
n- Current CPR certification.
n- Basic computer skills.
n- Strong communication abilities, particularly oral communication, for interacting with clients, healthcare professionals, and team members.
n- A calm, professional demeanor, especially in high-pressure or fast-paced situations, is essential to ensure smooth client care.

Compensation and Benefits:

n- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) can expect to earn $13-14/hour for private clients and $16-19/hour for facility work.
n- Health Insurance : Available for employees working at least 35 hours per week after 90 days of employment.
