This role is crucial to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide information about products, and offer appropriate solutions. The role involves promptly addressing customer concerns, maintaining product quality and visual standards, and achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.

Job duties require interaction with customers and access to various store items. The Company conducts criminal history reviews to ensure business and customer safety.

This position is located at Store #3308, 128 Branch Rd SE, Vienna, VA 22180-4714.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent sales service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, recommending products and services
• Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions and achieve sales goals
• Maintain work order files, pull products, mix paints, stock shelves, and set up displays
• Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries
• Remain knowledgeable about products offered and suggest ways to improve sales
• Comply with inventory control procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
• Must be able to retrieve material, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience working in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint and operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, including Spanish
