What You'll Do: - HVAC Installation: Perform full installations of HVAC systems, including ductwork, electrical connections, and system setup, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.
- System Testing: Test installed systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively before finalizing the job.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers about the installation process, providing clear instructions on system operation and answering any questions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, including system details and any special instructions, in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other installers, technicians, and office staff to ensure that all installations are completed on time and to specification.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience installing HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial settings.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures, including ductwork, electrical connections, refrigeration piping, and system setup.
- Licensing & Certification: EPA Universal Certification required; additional HVAC certifications (NATE) are a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures all installations are up to code, meet quality standards, and are completed on time.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to explain installation processes to customers and answer any questions.
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other installers and team members to complete projects.
- Flexibility: Available for occasional weekends and overtime when needed.
- Safety-Conscious: Follows all safety guidelines and adheres to local building codes and regulations.
Salary Description
$22 - $45+ per hour, DOE + benefits
