JOB DUTIES & GOALS:
Numbered listing if significant duties, tasks, responsibilities and goals identifying the "what", "why" and "how" of the job. Specify quantitative or qualitative "standard of performance" (goals) for each. List at least six separate items.

• Manage all Containments/Sorts including inspecting parts and completing all relevant documentation
• Assist in Material Review and Rework of parts
• Create and Issue Quality Alerts
• Complete Cleanliness (Millipore) Testing
• Setup Gages as needed
• Assist with maintenance of Q.C. documentation & recordkeeping & files.
• Write & submit customer deviation requests.
• Assist with supplier corrective action process.
• Perform Process Audits
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through team meetings, etc.
• Attend all meetings as scheduled.
• Keep employees & Supervisor informed as necessary.
• Follow all company rules per Handbook policy.
• Perform all misc. duties as assigned.
• Work safely
• Maintain housekeeping.
  EDUCATIONAL/ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Some technical education preferred.
  • 2 years minimum experience in manufacturing and/or Q.C. required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
