Job Title: Production WorkernnJob DescriptionnnThe candidate will be responsible for un-racking parts and re-racking parts in preparation for anodizing. They will use power tools and hand tools such as drills, 7/16 ratchets, sockets, wrenches, and pliers to re-rack these parts onto a base that will be dipped into anodizing chemicals. This production role includes cross-training on all tasks within the facility. No prior anodizing experience is required.nnResponsibilitiesnnUn-racking and re-racking parts for anodizing.nnUsing power tools and hand tools including drills, ratchets, sockets, wrenches, and pliers.nnRe-racking parts onto a base for anodizing.nnPerforming quality inspections on parts.nnCross-training on various tasks within the facility.nnEssential SkillsnnMinimum of 6 months of experience using hand tools and power tools.nnAttention to detail for daily quality inspections.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnExperience with anodizing is a plus.nnForklift certification is a plus.nnWhy Work Here?nnEnjoy a pay bump after 90 days, typically around 30 cents. The facility does not have heat or air conditioning, but space heaters and fans are provided as needed. Employees have the option to choose between two sets of work hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. There is a 30-minute lunch break with additional breaks allowed.
