Maintenance Millwrights are also eligible for quarterly variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.nnThis is a highly skilled hourly position requiring a thorough understanding of safe work practices, troubleshooting, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. This position also performs preventative maintenance to ensure electrical equipment reliability.nnMaintenance Millwrights work 12-hour rotating shifts. To learn more about our team and our culture, click here: Mt Jewett-Kane CulturennWhat You Will DonnTroubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipmentnPerform periodic maintenance routines including lubricating machine tools and equipment for improved reliability and uptimenWork with operation associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needsnInstall and repair mechanical drives, chains, sprockets, gears, belts, and couplingsnAdhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and proceduresnPerform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environmentnnWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)nnHigh School Diploma or GEDnOne or more years of experience as a maintenance mechanic working in an industrial manufacturing environmentnnWhat Will Put You AheadnnExperience troubleshooting with conveyers, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumpsnIndustrial Mechanical Maintenance Certificate from an accredited vocational/community collegenExperience reading and understanding technical schematicsnnAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
