ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics (AFFL), LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, posted this requisition for the purpose of capturing data for those interested in working on the Program Executive Office, Command, Control and Communications Tactical (PEO C3T) Systems Engineering and Program Management (SEPM) contract in the event the contract is awarded to AFFL. Specifically, AFFL is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. The position will be located at APG, MD. The Maintenance Supervisor will be working on high-visibility and/or mission critical aspects of the program and need to be able to function independently. They may also oversee the efforts of less senior staff or lead a team assigned to a specific job.nnJob responsibilities will include:nnTraining and managing maintenance personnel and operators.nnManaging simultaneous maintenance, modification and repair projects on a variety of systems and subsystems.nnCoordinating with government and contractor engineering personnel and inspectors.nnCalculating labor and resource requirements.nnDeveloping and implementing maintenance procedures.nnEvaluating problematic systems or subsystems and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.nnSpecific fields may include:nnElectronic systems and sub-systemsnnCommunications systemsnnComputer hardwarennAircraft systems and subsystemsnnRequirements:nnSkillsnnExcellent verbal and written communication skillsnnExperience with Microsoft Office SuitennEducation/Experience:nnAssociates degree in area of expertise, or a 2 year technical school and certification in area of expertise.nn10 years of experience in area of expertise, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.nnClearance RequirementsnnSecret clearance is required.nnASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
