Job Title: Color MatchernnJob DescriptionnnWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Color Matcher to join our production team. This role involves color matching, mixing paint and stains, and ensuring consistent reproduction of colors. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment and a keen eye for detail.nnResponsibilitiesnnMatch colors requested by customers in a timely manner.nnMatch colors for easy reproduction.nnKeep accurate records of formulas for consistent reproduction.nnMix paint, primer, stain, and glaze for production.nnCreate sample chips and box up chip sets.nnUpdate stain and glaze step panels for accurate production.nnPackage ordered finish materials according to shipping requirements and developed SOPs.nnTrack inventory of paint and pigment supplies.nnUse and maintain matching equipment to ensure consistent quality (dispenser, mixers, spectrophotometer, gloss checker, etc.).nnFollow all company safety policies and procedures.nnAssist in the assembly area, involving tasks such as lining up wood on a conveyor system, measuring boards, and sorting based on measurements and quality.nnEssential SkillsnnAbility to read a tape measure.nnProduction experience.nnAbility to multitask.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnDiploma.nnAssembly, sanding, glazing, cabinet production, finishing, inventory management.nnNo certifications required.nnWhy Work Here?nnThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with opportunities for cross-training and career growth.
