Serious inquiries with the minimum years' experience need apply.nnEnvelope Machine AdjusternnJob Summary:*nMaintain and adjust automatic envelope converting/folding machines to produce a quality product at optimum performance to meet company and customer expectations.nnENVELOPE MACHINE ADJUSTER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:nnSet-up envelope converting/folding equipment for production runs including size changes and windows on W+D machines.nMonitor the machines on a continuous basis to ensure consistent operation, quality of product, minimal waste.nProvide reporting to supervisors and management at the end of each shift; sign off on daily production reports completed by machine operator.nCommunicate with other shifts regarding concerns about equipment, maintenance, and all relevant information.nSchedules and performs maintenance to the envelope converting/folding machines on a regular basis.nPerform quality checksnMay need to periodically act as a machine operator and complete other duties as assigned.nMaintain clean/safe immediate work area (as well the greater work area).nAdditional tasks and projects as assignednnENVELOPE MACHINE ADJUSTER QUALIFICATIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:nnAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingnBasic reading, math, ruling and keyboard skillsnLifting 5-50 lbs. throughout shiftnAbility to use hand tools, and work with inks, chemicals, solvents, and adhesives.nStanding 10-12 hours while performing production tasksnFrequent reaching, bending, twisting, turning throughout the shiftnAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentnAdherence to all safety rules including wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and clothing that complies with Company policynnPlease click "Apply" on pacareerlink.pa.gov and see "follow-up instructions" below.
