Job Responsibilities:

• Providing patient-focused CNA care in a post-acute setting
• Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADL)
• Observing and reporting conditions and updates
• Ensuring a clean and sanitized living environment
• Communicating with residents and family members
• Promoting a safe and secure environment
• Participating in ongoing training on facility policies
• Additional duties assigned by nursing leadership team

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current CNA certification
• Completion of all CNA requirements from an accredited training program
• Good communication and interpersonal/social skills
