As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and recommending appropriate products
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately in adherence to policies
• Follow and achieve sales goals consistently
• Maintain detailed work order files and formulas
• Retrieve and prepare appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications
• Stock shelves and create attractive displays
• Load and unload delivery trucks as needed
• Keep assigned areas orderly and well-presented
• Stay knowledgeable about products and available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest improvements to boost sales

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
• Able to tint paint according to customer color requests
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and paint-related products
• Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
• Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish
