Required Certifications: BLS | CNAs: CNA.- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Accept LTC, skilled, rehab, hospice, & dementia residents.
- Experience: Need to have experience in smaller, rural facilities.
- Job Duties: MAs & CNAs: Vital Signs, passing meal trays & dining room assistance including feeding assistance/monitoring, I/Os, turning, bathing, changing the linens, tidying resident rooms as needed, and all other ADLs as needed, activity/behavior/toilet charting, assistance with oxygen as needed, rounding, shift report.
Will assist with restorative needs (follow restorative care plans - walk, use adaptive equipment, splinting, etc.) May assist/attend resident appointments as needed (rare).
