Technology Transactions Associate

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience for its Technology Transactional Practice in any U.S. locations, with a preference for California (Del Mar, Newport Beach, Silicon Valley or San Francisco). The salary for this position is between $260k to $390k.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of significant technology transactions experience, within a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements (master services, business process outsourcing, manufacturing, supply and distribution, research, collaboration and development, software licenses, cloud-based services, service level and support service , and other commercial agreements and technology transfer arrangements).
• Expertise in advising clients on the IP aspects of commercial contracts.
• Excellent client-interfacing skills and enthusiasm to work within a collaborative team.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• California bar admission is required.
