Job Description
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR Benefits Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and data formatting.
  • Experience with SaaS-based Payroll or HCMS (experience with Ceridian/Dayforce is a plus).
  • Experience in administering health & welfare benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and ancillary benefits.
  • HR Generalist experience across other HR disciplines is advantageous.
  • Previous experience as an HR system administrator is helpful.
  • Familiarity with managing system access and data security.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, and related regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present to groups.
  • Experience in customer and employee relations.
  • Certification by SHRM (CP) or HRCI (PHR) is beneficial.
