Job Title : Structural Engineer – Roadways & Bridges

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer specializing in roadway and bridge design to join our dynamic team in New Jersey. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, analysis, and management of critical infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that improve transportation networks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and analyze structural components for roadways, bridges , and related infrastructure.
• Develop detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
• Perform site inspections to ensure projects meet design specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing roadway and bridge construction.

Preferred :

• Professional Engineering (PE) license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience working with state and local transportation agencies.
