Job Description
1-800-Flowers.com is seeking a candidate with a strong background in digital marketing, specifically display and paid social media, who has demonstrated the ability to deliver strong performance and growth over the course of their career, to help further develop our brands. In this role you will be responsible for creating customer centric campaigns that attract customer (both new and retained) to engage with our brands during each stage of their buying journey.
The position requires comfort with multi-tasking while maintaining a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and an ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders. We are a highly data-driven organization and are seeking a candidate with strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information quickly. We are a dynamic, and highly focused team and like to have fun while producing strong growth and revenue.
What You Will Do:
Manage day to day strategy and operations for Paid Social, Programmatic, and Video campaigns
Help manage relationship with our agency and media partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies that generate positive ROAS
Analyze campaign and website performance to determine areas of opportunity and improvement
Ideate and implement tests to drive improvements in marketing and website efficiency
Work with creative team to guide creative direction for our display & paid social campaigns
Identify and test new partners/tactics/formats that will unlock new revenue stream
Develop strong relationships with key departments including IT, merchandising, finance, product management, legal, marketing, and corporate development
Qualifications
3-5 years of performance based digital marketing experience
Experience directly managing social, display and video campaigns
Strong proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
Moderate to advanced knowledge of excel
Familiarity with developing, running, and analyzing A/B tests
Pluses: Knowledge of DCM, AdWords, Social tools, and Affiliate Tools
Certification in AdWords are a plus
The expected salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
