Job Description

Boulo Solutions is partnering with a Plumbing and Bath products distributor, serving business-level customers. As the Cost Integrations Administrator, you will implement strategies to ensure accurate cost and inventory data for our e-commerce customers. You will also work in collaboration with the data analytics team and the e-commerce sales team with dynamic adjustments in costing.


Salary: $50k

Hours : 8-5 (can adjust a little up or down)

Responsibilities

- Cost Integration: Ensure meticulous data integrity from our ERP system (Prophet 21) through Channel Advisor to the customer portals (e.g. Amazon’s Vendor Central and Wayfair’s Partner Home).

- Management of Contractors: Coordinate freelance workers to meet project deadlines.

- Ongoing Price Optimization: Collaborate with the e-commerce sales team to enhance sales through continuous price adjustments.

- Interdepartmental Cooperation: Consistent, courteous communication with other departments is required to foster a productive and collaborative workplace. Also, proactive planning for interdepartmental projects is key to upholding timelines and ensuring project success.

- Assist in all areas of assigned work.


Requirements

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, or related field.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in working with large cost data sets.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in working large data sets for Microsoft Excel and strict attention to detail.

- Travel: Travel for industry engagement, customer service, or technical training and support might be required.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Language Ability

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.

Math Ability

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of margin $ and %, ratios, and comparative reporting.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Ability to deal with complex problems involving concrete and adaptive variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills

Intermediate knowledge of Excel, the ability to cross reference mass data sets. Advanced knowledge of Amazon’s Seller Central and Channel Advisor.
