Responsibilities:

• Partner with cannabis manufacturing clients nationwide to provide specialized consulting services.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Develop and implement customized manufacturing strategies based on each client's goals, regulatory environment, and unique challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions in manufacturing and processing.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of consulting services into clients' manufacturing operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support, training, and guidance to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and contributing to long-term success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in cannabis manufacturing, with a focus on consulting for multiple clients.
• In-depth knowledge of various manufacturing methods, extraction processes, and compliance requirements across different US states.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Expertise in facility design and build outs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with diverse clients.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site consultations.
