A prominent chemical manufacturing firm is seeking a Production Supervisor to join its Operations team. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role will utilize strong manufacturing leadership skills to facilitate production and manage daily operations on the plant floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain adherence to GMP and safety standards.
• Lead daily production operations for the manufacturing and maintenance teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate scheduling for production lines and processes.
• Optimize daily KPIs and production goals.
• Implement Lean initiatives throughout all operational processes.
• Ensure the efficiency of ERP system processes.
• Organize safety training sessions and safety meetings.
• Oversee daily performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of GMP standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
