Junior Associate - Healthcare Transactions

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a junior associate to join its healthcare transactions group in New York.

The salary range for this position is between $235,000 to $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of healthcare regulatory and corporate transactional experience, preferably at a large law firm
• Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
• Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and possess strong academic credentials
• Must currently be licensed to practice law in New York
