Position: Operations Manager/Warehouse Manager

3 Direct Reports – Supervisors (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory)

Reports to Director of Operations

Initially the position with take on Outbound responsibilities with pick, pack, and ship team. They are looking for someone to come in doing this job to understand the process. The Outbound Supervisor resigned and this person with help with the hiring/recruitment of the replacement and they want them to really understand the position and company.

Must Have

Warehouse Management – 5yrs minimum

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent exp.

Continuous Improvement

Knowledge of Shipping Procedures Internationally

ERP exp. able to trouble shoot issues with a problematic system,
