Pay: $120k-$150k + no cap bonuses

What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Litigator: Minimum of 7 years of civil litigation experience with proven trial experience.
- Licensed in California: Must be currently licensed to practice law in California. Licenses in Nevada, Wyoming, Arizona, Texas, or Florida are a plus.
- Client-Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their unique needs and provide effective solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Assess clients' situations, goals, and concerns through detailed consultations while maintaining a high closing rate.
- Professional Collaboration : Collaborate with your fellow firm attorneys and support staff, financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to advance the legal interests of clients.
- Document Drafting: Draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and manage expectations regarding potential outcomes.
- Court Representation: Appear and represent clients in the California Civil Court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
- Dispute Resolution: Participate in alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation.
- Continuous Legal Research: Stay ahead of probate and tax laws. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
