A leading Chemical Manufacturing company is seeking a Product Development Chemist to join their Innovation team! This role will be heavily involved in performing projects & working hands on in the lab with a strong R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production trial testing for adhesive products
• Design experiments
• Interface with clients to design custom solutions
• Develop new adhesive solutions
• Work with formulations, coating and polymerization

Qualifications:

• BS, MS or PhD in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science or related field
• Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally and client facing
